Thursday’s are the day of the week I want to go lighter in MLB DFS and with an afternoon slate and a light slate tonight I’ll just have one lineup in tonight and let it ride on that. Analysis remains exactly the same as it normally would be — but this is also a good slate to skip if you want a break given that it’s not that big.
WEATHER
All fine.

Patrick Corbin
His price is reduced because it’s just his second start of the season but he faces the 2nd worst hitting team on the slate (#1 is Colorado vs Urias who is far more expensive and won’t go long because he never does). Lock in on Corbin and the Nationals to win and beat up on Arizona all weekend long.
Rich Hill
Trust Rich Hill? Me neither. I could also offer up caution that Texas is seeing a LHP now three days in a row — yet they’re still Texas and the choices are very limited here, so Hill will give us 15-16 fantasy points and for his price and the slate options that’ll do.
Tarik Skubal
If you want a wild card, look at Skubal who is a young lefty arm for the Tigers getting a great park shift into Oakland against a bad offense.
Jake Junis??

WASHINGTON
Soto, Turner, Schwarber, Bell
The Nationals return home finally and they’re more than comfortable playing in their home stadium. With the mini breakout game yesterday in St. Louis we should be on the Nationals like we jumped on the Padres in the early slate.
KANSAS CITY
Santana, Perez, Soler, Lopez
Bullpen night for Toronto which means probably Tanner Roark coming into play. Salvador Perez is on fire and Jorge Soler is just a tad off on his timing but is showing signs of breaking out very soon, with Santana and Salvy flipped in the lineup they’re going to have more crooked innings with these three connecting together.
TAMPA BAY
Meadows, Diaz
Decent value on the Rays who let everyone (here) down last night vs Texas. They get another shot vs the Rangers bullpen as I don’t expect Lyles to get past the 4th inning.
