Six games tonight for the Saturday Main slate. Enjoy it!
Weather
Some slight rain in Atlanta, but game should play just fine

Kevin Gausman
There have been a lot of times I get asked questions about differentiating against the Dashboard by everyone as to why are you doing this vs what it says? Okay, for all of you – here you go. Holy Kevin Gausman with an insane rating today. I know he is having a fantastic season but this was absolutely shocking for me to see him so high and something I can’t ignore tonight. This is a 7PM EST start time which means potentially weird visibility out in San Francisco in the late afternoon spot and with Bryant/Baez being the main threats Gausman should navigate things fairly well — so long as Grandal doesn’t homer this afternoon somehow and thus Joc has to homer again too.
Joe Musgrove
I said a while ago that Joe Musgrove at home is this years cheat code. He’s actually been slightly better on the road thanks to some really easy matchups with teams like the Rangers, but his home stats should continue to be rock solid and we can trust that the Mets are not gonna score for deGrom once again.
There is no reason to get cute and consider anyone else

YANKEES
The ball is going to be flying a lot in Yankee Stadium tonight. E-Rod has come back down to earth, it’s near 90 degrees and today is the Yankee statement game. The key to a Yankee stack paying off is the non Judge/Stanton guys finally hitting. It’s time to buy into DJ LeMahieu, Gio Urshela and Miguel Andujar
DODGERS
Good Charlie, bad Charlie. This is bad Charlie spot. He has too much warning signs vs power lefties and Muncy/Bellinger/Lux are too many guys that should grade well here to not like L.A. I really have been waiting for the Mookie big game and it’s coming very very very soon, tonight with a favorable matchup he has to be considered too.
ROCKIES
Cole Irvin throws strikes among the league leaders, but with little movement on them he gets hit hard and in Coors that movement gets reduced even more. Colorado wins by a ton tonight and it’s a shame Trevor Story isn’t active yet because he would have hit three homers. Instead we’ll settle for the CJ Cron 2021 game tonight.
