It’s a fairly light slate tonight with NFL starting up and contests are sized such that they do not anticipate many playing MLB DFS. Little do they know some of us are chasing the Braves and Royals choking away last nights games. The slate on DK also locks early at 6:40 since they were smart and included the Mets and Marlins game on their main slate.
There are no weather issues.

Marcus Stroman
Stroman should hopefully give the Mets some length tonight and that’s always the deciding factor if he can deliver a good outing since he relies on getting soft contact to get by and not over powering guys with strikeouts. But none the less, Miami is a good spot for him and with Jesus Aguilar out with injury that is one less damaging bat to worry about.
Huascar Ynoa
Of the two teams I mentioned above (Royals/Braves) who choked away last night I trust the pitching on Atlanta more against the Nationals than I do the Royals pitching. So yes, Carlos Hernandez has been great for KC but Ynoa has been equally as good for Atlanta and is making his fourth start since coming off the IL, so we’ll get 6+ IP from him again today with a good chance at a big strikeout performance (for him)

Atlanta Braves
I should have had a little foresight last night to pick up that Atlanta would be on a short five game slate tonight and THIS is the game they drop a 20 spot while being 40% owned. But alas, it’s right back on the Bravey train today after an ejection of Nolin last night really derailed their chances but also killed the Nationals pen for the short term.
The other offenses I will be targeting are Kansas City, Toronto and Colorado with the Rockies being the team that gets overlooked the most tonight. Everyone always thinks of Coors Field as a horrible park shift to leave but Philadelphia isn’t exactly the grand canyon either. Hampson-Story-Cron really are favorable match-ups against Ranger Suarez.
