The High Line – Camping World Truck Series – UNOH 200 Presented by Ohio Logistics – Bristol Motor Speedway – September 16, 2021

Overview

The Camping World Truck series makes it’s way to Bristol Motor Speedway for a Thursday night race. Located in Bristol, Tennesee and known as the “World’s Fastest Half-Mile”, Bristol is one of the fan-favorite tracks in NASCAR. The .533-mile track is highly banked ranging from 26 to 30 degrees in the turns and 6 to 10 degrees on the straightaways. The drivers will go 200 laps totaling 106.6 miles making dominator points extremely prevalent this week. In each of the last four trips the trucks have made to Bristol, the front two rows have led the majority of the laps. you can see that info below:

Race Driver, Laps Led (Starting Position)
8/16/17 Kyle Busch, 109 (Pole)
8/16/18 John Hunter Nemechek, 104 (3rd)

Johnny Sauter, 58 (4th)

8/15/19 Ross Chastain, 78 (2nd)

Brett Moffitt, 65 (1st)

9/17/20 Brett Moffitt, 117 (2nd)

More often than not track position from the jump of this race is imperative as far as dominator points go. Nailing the dominators and avoiding the Bristol chaos will reward us with some good finishes on DraftKings with the trucks. Check out who I’m setting my sights on below!

Dominators (I’m looking at rostering two of these guys in all of my lineups) Place Differential Targets
Sheldon Creed ($10,600), Starting on the Pole

  • Won the last race of the series so there isn’t much for him to lose here.
  • Not his best track but starting on the pole is huge.
Sam Mayer ($11,900), Starting 39th

Tyler Ankrum ($9,000), Starting 18th

Josh Berry ($8,700), Starting 17th

John Hunter Nemechek ($11,000), Starting 2nd

  • Three third-place finishes in his last five trucks series races at Bristol.
  • He’s had fast trucks all season and between JHN and Creed I’ll have at least one of them in every lineup.
Taylor Gray ($8,100), Starting 35th

Timmy Hill ($7,300), Starting 32nd

Doug Coby III ($6,900), Starting 30th

Grant Enfinger ($9,400), Starting 6th

  • Has finished top six in three of his last four races at Bristol and led 57 laps in the 2019 trip here.
Lawless Alan ($6,400), Starting 25th

Kris Wright ($4,900), Starting 24th

Tate Fogleman ($4,800), Starting 31st

GOOD LUCK!!
