Key Skaters

C Dylan Larkin (DET)

• After a false positive COVID-19 test Larkin is back with the Red Wings and skates into a great matchup against the Coyotes. Larkin has recorded a point in each of his last four games with a cumulation of four goals and two assists over that stretch. Two of Larkin’s eight goals have come on the power-play and he’ll likely have chances against the most penalized team in the league as far as minutes go against one of the worst penalty kills in the league.

W David Pastrnak (BOS)

• Coming in with points in each of his last five games Pastrnak has accumulated two goals and six assists over that span. The Bruins are rolling of late with five goals in each of their last two games and Pastrnak has had some big games against the Flyers over the years. Pastrnak is always a candidate to hit the shot bonus as well as he’s done so in three of his last five games.

C Auston Matthews (TOR)

• Speaking of hitting the shot bonus Matthews has done so five times this season and is always a candidate to do so. In what looks to be a fast-paced affair the Leafs and Matthews come in winners of five straight and AM34 has points in each of those contests with two goals and five assists total over that span.

Favorite Line Stacks

Boston Bruins

Patrice Bergeron, David Pastrnak, Brad Marchand

• One of the better more productive lines in the league finds their way into a good matchup against the Flyers who’s defense has been lacking this season.

Detroit Red Wings

Dylan Larkin, Tyler Bertuzzi, Lucas Raymond

• As mentioned above when discussing Larkin, the Coyotes are really struggling this season, specifically staying out of the penalty box and killing penalties. While skating together at even strength Larkin, Bertuzzi, and Raymond also share time on the top power-play unit.
