The big day is here folks, we have the biggest college football Bowl games of the year and of course I mean Wake Forest/Rutgers and Washington State/Central Michigan right? Eh, not so much I guess.
Yeah, those two games are happening after other cancellations, but the obvious big match-ups today are the Semi-Final games later in the day between Cincinnati/Alabama and Georgia/Michigan.
Wake Forest vs Rutgers
- This should be the most boring game of the day.
- Wake Forest is just happy to have an opponent and Jaq Roberson is sitting out this bowl game so lets fire up Taylor Morin out of the slot to carve up Rutgers.
- Bo Melton and Isaiah Pachecho are both not warming up for Rutgers. There is some value here w/ RB Aaron Young but I dont expect Rutgers to do much today.

Washington St vs Central Michigan
- This should be the most entertaining game of the day.
- The question is can Lew Nichols the third stay under 200 yards for those who faded him? I would just take him and move on here. This should be a very entertaining bowl game though as Central Michigan is filling in for Miami (FL) who opted out due to COVID/not being very good this year.

Cincinnati vs Alabama
- This is your most likely upset.
- Cincinnati is good enough to not only cover this game but win it. I don’t expect them to win, but I do expect them to cover and have the ball with a chance to win this game late.
- That means Desmond Ridder is going to have to put up 24+ points for this offense today and he most certainly can and should have a good game.

Georgia vs Michigan
- This is the most likely blowout.
- Give me Georgia all the way here. Stetson Bennett will shine against the fraud Michigan defense and Georgia will lay the hammer defensively on Michigan’s run game.

Desmond Ridder – Cincinnati
I expect Ridder to account for 100% of the Bearcats offense today which is making him my top Quarterback play on this slate ahead of Sam Hartman (Wake) and Bryce Young (Bama). Certainly rolling out a Ridder/Young game stack here is viable as well but it’s Ridder who is going to have to throw for 2+ touchdowns and rush for another for the Bearcats to pull off the upset.
Stetson Bennett – Georgia
My sneaky QB today? Yes sir, fucking Stetson Bennett. I think Michigan is going to have a hard time stopping the play action passes to his TE and with a healthy set of WR as well the Bulldogs are a sneaky play in the passing game. Michigan won’t see this coming.
Jayden de Laura – Washington State
There are multiple weapons for de Laura to utilize vs CMU today and although Washington State usually is balanced they should have success in the air.

Brian Robinson – Alabama
Even before John Metchie went down with injury it was clear that the Alabama path forward in the Semi-Finals or if they face Georgia again in the Finals was going to be through Brian Robinson and not Bryce Young. Cincy has an elite pass defense so Robinson has to factor into the work load today. Look for him to do damage inside the red zone.
Lew Nichols III – CMU
With this game featuring two teams that had to adjust their Bowl game match-up it should have a good amount of offense in it and Lew Nichols is the best player on either side. He simply ran for 142.5 yards per game and 15 rushing touchdowns on the season while also carrying an 11% target share. His price is the only deterrent today.

Removed Pachecho since he is confirmed not going to give a crap about the game today. His replacement is Aaron Young (Rutgers) but the better value play is Nakia Watson (Washington State) for only $3,500 on DraftKings.
Justice Ellison – Wake Forest
Nobody ever likes using Wake Forest running backs as we legit have four guys to pick from, but I would suspect they roll through Rutgers today and can get Freshman Justice Ellison a few goal line looks.

Taylor Morin – Wake Forest
Morin has been coming on strong of late and is likely to see a good bump with Jaq Roberson opting out.
Travell Harris – Washington State
The MAC teams have done really bad in bowl games this year, so I would expect Harris who has a 24.6% target share and 9 TD on the season to have a strong game against the poor CMU secondary. Overall Washington State should have a strong day through the air and there is depth here that could give Central Michigan problems. Harris is the lead dog, so he gets my nomination.
Brock Bowers – Georgia
8 catches, 120 yards and a 2 touchdowns. We will gladly take that at 2% ownership.
Alec Pierce – Cincinnati
I am very much okay with playing Ridder naked because the volume to Pierce isn’t high enough for him to be the one breaking the slate, but if you are forcing a correlation it’s hard to overlook Ridders favorite big play target. Alabama is beat deep.
