Giolito went 6 strong facing 24 batters last weekend so we’re good to go with him facing a Cubs team which started off well but has really cooled off. They’re hitting sub .200 over their last 10 days and it will be pitching favorable conditions tonight in Wrigley.
FREDDY PERALTA
At some point the Reds will get hot and sustain it for a whole 9 innings but it aint gonna come vs Freddy P. Gas, gas and more gas from Peralta tonight.

AUSTIN GOMBER
This is another night where I am hard set on two guys at the top but there are 3-4 considerable options after them. Austin Gomber showed flsahes a year ago and struggled out the gate before two good road outings where he struck out 14, and gave up 2 ER through 12 innings. Even though he is back at home in Coors Field I believe he will keep that recent strong form going and his best pitch right now is his Slider which most Nationals are very bad against. Gomber has GPP winning upside when you consider the leverage he also brings against cheap Nationals.

Watching Mookies AB lately and I just get the sense that his slow start is going to come to a close in a flash with a big game and the environment in L.A. is the warmest of any on the slate tonight in the second marquee game of the night.
