Each of these games have rain possibilities that could spark a delay and also are divisional games which warrants thinking that they could delay at the start and then roll it into a DH later in the season. But given that they’re afternoon games and the rain/storms aren’t heavy I don’t think we should fear either being PPD. But for pitchers, it could pose a threat. This is probably where I should go on my annual rant about the weather and DFS people making way too much about it when it comes to delays or risk.
You’re probably going to put money at some point this season on a Pirates or Marlins stack…. Spare me with the tilting because Skenes gets pulled at 75 pitches…
PAUL SKENES (DK: $9700, FD: $10.4k)
Take the limited Skenes if they do delay it, which would be so Pirates. 8 strikeouts, 0 ER. He is going to shove against the Cubs his whole career, I can feel it.
ZAC GALLEN (DK: $7500, FD: $8100)
We are seeing guys who have not quite put it together early start to get hot. With some shitty options out there for SP2 today I like Gallen to be next in line for his best start of the season.
