Just build around Sanchez & Gausman today & you are definitely riding chalk but also putting yourself in a pretty safe spot. The other two arms whom I would consider are facing each other in Gilbert (underpriced) & Jeffrey Springs. Cooler game in Sacramento, wind is not an issue & both guys good enough. But they’re clearly a tier or two below Sanchez/Gausman.
