It’s a Friday and we have five College Football games for our DFS viewing pleasure today. Below are the games on this slate and the ones in bold are the games I am targeting players from the most.
Haha, just kidding. Two games PPD.
Friday, December 11th
64: UTEP (-10) vs North Texas
52: Charlotte vs Marshall (-20) – The RONA
56: Arizona State (-11.5) at Arizona
47: Utah vs Colorado (-2) – The RONA
59: Nevada vs San Jose State (-2)
MY POSITIONAL RANKINGS
QUARTERBACKS
Jayden Daniels (Arizona State)
This is going to be the most popular QB-SFLEX correlation in my eyes. Daniels is the top QB and his defense sucks so the other QB (see below) will have a good day on the other side.
Carson Strong (Nevada)
Love the Wolfpack as an upset on this short slate and will anchor my lineup with a Strong to Doubs connection.
Will Plummer (Arizona) – Value
No matter who starts for Arizona we are going to want to look to play them against Arizona States pass defense which is allowing 73% completion percentage and over 380 yards per game in this short season. Gunnell is questionable which we need to monitor obviously but I am fine rostering Plummer even if Gunnell is out as his $5,800 price tag is too good to pass up against that defense.
RUNNING BACKS
DeaMonte Trayanum (Arizona State)
Gary Brightwell (Arizona)
With Gunnell potentially out I expect a big boost for Brightwell in the ground game just in terms of the volume. He’s already been a workhorse for them and at home projects out decently.
WIDE RECEIVERS
Romeo Doubs (Nevada)
Favorite WR on this slate. With a situation where the Wolfpack I think should run a high # of plays he would figure to benefit the most
Jacob Cowing (UTEP)
Frank Darby (Arizona State)
When Arizona State throws the ball Darby is their main weapon.
Jaelon Darden (N. Texas)
Highest priced player on the board, good reason to consider him a fade in a tough spot but they go to him so much that it’s hard to envision him having an extremely low floor/flop game.
