Tonight brings a 5 slate starting at 7p.m. ET.
The “Droppin Dimes,” article will go over my favorite plays for the slate. It will consist of three to five core plays along with a few additional plays and a few value plays. You won’t always see the highest-priced players or the most obvious plays. Players listed first at each position are my favorite and a good start to build a lineup around.
(Note: All pricing and fantasy points are based on DraftKings but can be used for all sites.)
Keep an eye on the injury status of players as they can be ruled out right before lock.
FPPM= Fantasy Points Per Minute, FPPG= Fantasy Points Per Game, PPG=Points per Game, Value=Projected points/salary(This will differ depending on the site).

The Bucks are down a few players and Hill has stepped into the starting lineup and has been playing 30 plus minutes over the last three games. In that time-frame, he has 23 FPs contributing in all three categories (points, rebounds and assists). The price has come down a few hundred dollars and what better time to play him than against the Pistons who have been mediocre at best defensively.
Value: Cade Cunningham, Davion Mitchell

Booker started off the season slow, but has taken 20 plus shots and scored 43.5 or more FPs in the last two games. Also, his assist is up in that time-frame as well with 8 and 9 assists respectively. The Suns get a plus matchup against the 26th ranked defense team the Pelicans. This should allow Booker to get a few more shots off and pick up some additional peripheral stats.
Value: Eric Gordon-good price for Gordon in this matchup as the Lakers are not the same defensive team this year, Grayson Allen

Brandon Ingram is listed as doubtful tonight, which will open up a starting spot for Hart. He is a solid scorer and an above rebounder for a wing. With Ingram out, Hart should see 30 plus minute again tonight in a decent matchup against the Suns who are middle of the road defensively this year and rank 20th against opposing SFs. A 6x plus value play tonight.
Value: Cam Johnson, Herb Jones

The Bucks are down two of their main players (Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton) this leave Giannis as the main option. Right behind him is Portis in usage. He can take 15 shots in 15 minutes and put up 30 FPs in about 20 minutes, especially in a matchup against the Pistons.
Also consider: Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kelly Olynyk
Value: Thanasis Antetokounmpo, Jae Crowder

The best over all matchup tonight goes to the Jazz as they play the Kings who rank 26th in defensive efficiency, they are ranked 29th against opposing centers and this is a pace up spot. Gobert is having an excellent start to the season averaging 16 points, 17 rebounds and just shy of 2 blocks per game. He played the Kings earlier this year and dropped 17/20, 48.5 FPs. I can see similar production tonight and a possibility he pushes 50 plus FPs.
Value: Dwight Powell, JaVale McGee
Will be named in Discord 6:30-6;45
