Showdown Strategy

Everyone was talking about what is wrong with the Chiefs a few weeks ago and they should be talking about what is wrong with the Buccaneers right now.  This is not the same team who you all had crowned as automatically winning another Super Bowl title and the age, injuries and lack of depth in a few areas is catching up with the defending Super Bowl Champions.

The whole world is going to bet the Giants to get rolled as Tampa is getting off their BYE week but I honestly think the Giants not only cover but keep this close with a low scoring 3 point finish going the Tampa way in the end.

Captain Plays

WR – Chris Godwin (TB)

Mike Evans is going to see the primary coverage role for the Giants tonight which has to open up Godwin’s opportunity share even more.

RB – Saquan Barkley (NYG)

One strategy which is sometimes a good one in showdown is the 1:5 build where the 1 is the captain from the losing team.  In this scenario the only NY Giant player which I would touch in the Captain Role is Barkley as he is a full 100% to go tonight and would wind up touching the ball a ton through the passing game on quick check downs by Daniel Jones.
