Overview The trucks hit the road course of Sonoma Raceway this week with a mix of Camping World Truck Series regulars, NASCAR Cup Series regulars, and road-course ringers. Sonoma is a 12-turn asphalt 2.520-mile road course. The truck series hasn’t been here since 1998 so the Cup regulars and road-course ringers will have even more of an advantage than normal in this type of setting. With only 75 laps in this race, place differential and finishing positions are both paramount and pit strategy will reign supreme. With qualifying coming late in the afternoon, any drastic updates will be posted on the NASCAR channel in Discord.
