The Angels and Mariners are playing a double-header today but game 1 is on the Afternoon slate for both DraftKings and FanDuel.  Yes, yes, we have Site Synchronicity today. WEATHER The story with weather is Wind and not Temperature today but Wrigley Field is on the Super Early Turbo slate so we don’t need to sweat the wind too much in these games. Tampa at Baltimore – The Wall out in left field is blowing the wind in heavily San Fran at Pittsburgh – Wind boost for LHH but there are two LHP on the mound here, so its kind of negated Milwaukee at Cincy – This one could benefit the most from wind for offense, out to right. Texas at Detroit – Out to right Miami at NY Mets – In heavily Philly at Washington – In here too [spacer height=”20px”] JUSTIN VERLANDER I don’t see how Verlander wont get through 7 innings today and that likely results in a 7 strike out performance as well.  He and Nola will both be fine which kinda makes deciding on pitching here pointless because it’s a good pitching slate but the two studs up top will get over 20 on DK and Verlander being at home should be the preferred option, although it’s very close. 7 Innings, 2 ER, 7 strikeouts for Verlander KYLE BRADISH I think Bradish should be a sub 7k pitcher but it kinda stinks that he will be easy chalk today on DraftKings against a bad Tampa offense.  Bradish is dominating LHB and should continue to do that as he has a 40% whiff rate overall on his slider & 5 of the Rays lefties have K% over 25% on RHP sliders.  With heavy winds and cool temps in Baltimore Bradish should easily hit value on both sites. 5 1/3 IP, 8 strikeouts and 1 ER allowed for Bradish in a solid outing for the young arm. ALEX WOOD Wood is boring but consistent.  He gets a lot of ground balls (51%),  but only faces roughly 21.5 batters per game.  His ceiling isnt going to blow your socks off or anything like that, but he’s consistent and is facing a lineup that isn’t doing much vs LHP right now in the Pirates. 6 IP, 5 strikeouts and 4 BB+Hits for Wood today [spacer height=”20px”] Also expect to pitch well: Aaron Nola, Patrick Sandoval, Jose Quintana [spacer height=”20px”]…...
