Welcome back to another season of College Basketball DFS. We’re starting off our content now that the CFB regular season has ended and we can get into more of a consistent routine with College Hoops articles.
The main schedule will be focusing on the main Saturday slates for now until we get into January and we have a more consistent routine for weeknight & Saturday slates.
Today is a nice 11 game main slate tipping off at Noon on DraftKings
- Penn State at Illinois
- Georgetown at Syracuse
- Arkansas at Oklahoma
- Louisville at Florida State
- NC State at Miami
- Wake Forest at LSU
- Purdue at Nebraska
- Alabama at Houston
- Xavier at Cincinnati
- San Diego State at St. Marys
- Georgia Tech at North Carolina
As a reminder, my approach for CBB DFS is to build around 1 or 2 main games but I rarely go above 4 players from a single game and no more than 2 players from a single team unless there is a TON of cheap value on a specific team. The reason mainly is that it’s just hard to find enough points from going deep into a single spot.
Often times I will approach it as a 3-3-2 type build taking 3 players from Game A, 3 players from Game B and then my favorite one offs or 2 players from a third game. Building a 3-2-2-1 approach is also logical many times and sometimes a 4-2-2 works as well.
NC State at Miami (-3.5)
Miami gets a pace up game at home and obviously that makes this a nice Jordan Miller spot so he can represent Purcellville, VA like he always does with a great balanced statistical game. Teams are shooting 3PT well against Miami, so Terquavion Smith who takes a ton of 3’s is worth the $8600 price but Jack Clark is also a nice option as he will hit a few too

Hurricanes: Jordan Miller
XAVIER (-2.5) at Cincinnati
A nice rivalry game and a home dog is a good enough combination on it’s own and then we throw in that both offenses are pretty good (Xavier – 21st & Cincy – 52nd) and we should see enough production here to warrant building a stack around this game. Cincy is the deeper side. One of Nunge/Freemantle for Xavier has a b ig rebounding game today.
Xavier: Colby Jones or Jack Nunge/Zach Freemantle
Cincy: Jeremiah Davenport, Landers Nolley
Arkansas at Oklahoma (-4.5)
This would be my top contrarian spot today. A big tempo boost for Oklahoma and a non conference game which I can see having some good upside in.
ARK: Makhi Mitchell, Ricky Council
OU: Grant Sherfield, Tanner Groves
Other Favorable teams to target
Syracuse … Georgetown is just straight trash and while the old rivalry might sound nice on paper they got no business staying in this game. If they do, then the Orange will have must owns in Joe Girard and Judah Mintz
Florida State … Caleb Mills and Matthew Cleveland are both sub 7k and facing a good pace and bad defense spot.
