QB Joe Burrow, WR Ja’Marr Chase
In Chase’s first game back last week from injury, Burrow targeted his former college teammate eight times for seven receptions and 97 yards. Despite Cleveland’s pass defense being decent, this combination should prove successful in a high-scoring affair.
Run it Back: WR Amari Cooper
Deshaun Watson is still shaking off the cobwebs but last week he looked Cooper’s way heavily targeting him nine times although those targets resulted in just four receptions. Against a weak secondary at a fair price point, Cooper should be popular but a great run back option in this stack.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (at San Francisco 49ers)
QB Tom Brady, WR Chris Godwin Even though Brady has looked bad the last two weeks, he’s had 43 and 58 pass attempts and ended up with 18 or more DK points in those efforts. Godwin is getting a lot of buzz this week based on San Francisco’s zone defense. Brady loves targeting Godwin against a zone defense and overall Godwin has seen 10 or more targets in six of his last seven games, including 13 last week. Run it Back: RB Christian McCaffrey With Jimmy G and Elijah Mitchell out CMC saw over 80 percent of the offensive snaps for the 49ers. It’s clear that the Niners are going to lean on CMC heavily even though they’ve done everything in their power not to. Let’s just ride the wave with McCaffrey while we can.[spacer height=”13px”]
