Ole Miss vs Tulane
For a long time now in CFB DFS, we find that the 3:30 window is the money spot for game stacks, and that’s very true today as this one is in the 3:30 window compared to the ‘hype’ game listed below which is at High Noon.
The best QB on the slate is Michael Pratt, he has weapons and the Green Wave offense runs through him this year. Combine that with the Ole Miss pace and a rough showing from their defense in week one and we’ve got ourselves the legit top game today.

Nebraska vs Colorado
Did you expect us to go anywhere else? It’s going to not only be the talk of the CFB landscape this week but expect the Deion Hype Train to continue long into the season folks. Matt Rhule belongs in college and he will have some success with the Cornhuskers, but going INTO Colorado is probably a dicey spot for Nebraska to pull this off. If they do, their QB, Jeff Sims, is going to have to ball out — and he certainly can.

Notre Dame vs N.C. State
Sam Hartman returns to North Carolina … well, just not that part of NC. The Irish have an advantage IMO given that they’ve played two games already and I think there is a nice little back and forth between him and Brennan Armstrong this week

- WR – Jayden Thomas – ND – 6400
- QB – Brennan Armstron – NC State – 9200
- WR – Kevin Concepcion – NC State – 4900
CORE OPTIONS
- Michael Pratt – Tulane – $8800 … Game tempo should be fine here and Tulane looks to have another good season through their Junior Quarterback. He should be 9k most weeks and so we’ll definitely take him here against Ole Miss who likely plays at an equally good pace
- Jeff Sims – Nebraska – $7200 … The model likes Sims, I like Sims, the pace should be great. What can go wrong, right? Sims is going to give us the rushing floor that always leads to QB being a good play. Look for Colorado to have the hype train going strong in a good atmosphere which forces Sims to use his legs even more today. Volume and upside is great here.

- Sam Hartman – Notre Dame – 8600 … Really like this spot as a contrarian game stack.
CORE OPTIONS
- Blake Corum – Michigan – 8400 … Please write this down. If I am wrong about Corum going for 180 yards and 3 TD today then it simply means I am a week or two early because he is going to get the ‘go off’ game in one of these spots that Harbaugh is out. In Week 1, they rode McCarthy for a 26-30 day, today, they ride Corum.
- Rasheen Ali – Marshall – 4800 … Easiest value of the slate to lock in.
FLEX OPTIONS
- Ray Davis – Kentucky – 7700 … Cincinnati averaged 5.2 YPC against Eastern Kentucky last week, I doubt Kentucky matches that exactly but it should be close and Davis will get an 80 yard floor spot here for sure. Can he score twice is the big question.
- Quinshond Judkins – Ole Miss – 8100 … We’ll see Judkins higher owned than Corum, I am certain of that. So for an ‘ownership’ advantage, go Corum for sure, but locking in both with Ali’s cheap value isn’t a bad play here either.
- Deion Hankins – UTEP – 6000
- Donovan Edwards – Michigan – 6800
This is one of the least exciting WR slates I have ever seen. Complete and utter garbage list of players…
CORE OPTIONS
- JhaQuan Jackson – Tulane – 6300 … The #1 path today if you use Michael Pratt should be to pair him with one of his WR. Jackson had 2 TD last week while Keys & Brazzell each had one. Ole Miss will be a tougher draw here than South Alabama from week one, leading me to think Pratt leans on Jackson even more in this game.
- Deion Burks – Purdue – 4800 … Va Tech stinks. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. But they are improved from a low point 2022 season and should be better in the secondary this year. All that aside, Burks looks to be on the field a lot for Purdue after one week and at $4800 is going to post a 2x score that makes him a fine core play.
- Travis Hunter – Colorado – 7000 … Mr. Do everything included 14 targets in the week one win over TCU & even half of that volume here will do fine against Nebraska. Hard to get past not having SOME exposure to Colorado on this slate, and he is my preferred choice as I chase that shiny object from week 1.

- Tyrin Smith – UTEP – 7600 … Knowing DraftKings we won’t see UTEP on a Main slate until Bowl Season again, so lets enjoy one of the last chances we have to lock in one of the more under the radar WR in the nation.
