CBB DFS: Wed, Feb 9th

Minnesota at Nebraska

  • Alonzo Verge – Nebraska
  • Jamison Battle – Minnesota
  • Eric Curry – Minnesota
  • Bryce McGowens – Nebraska

Wake Forest at North Carolina State

Wake Forest is a two headed monster heading up against a slower team who doesn’t play much defense and struggles inside.  We could likely see Jake LaRavia go for 40+ again, but the more tempting play is some Wolfpack exposure.  I would project this to be a good spot for Terquavion Smith and Jericole Hellems.

  • Jake LaRavia
  • Terquavion Smith
  • Jericole Hellems

Tulane at Memphis

Memphis remains a deep rotation, which really makes them hard to get a ton of upside out of, but they should offer a boost for Tulane to make this a 2&1 build.

  • Jaylen Forbes – Tulane
  • Sion James – Tulane
  • Jalen Duran – Memphis

Jamison Battle – Minnesota

A big tempo up game and one of my favorite bets tonight is Nebraska controlling the tempo and taking the win here.  But we should take advantage of some good scenarios for the Gophers since the Nebraska defense is poor and gives up lots of 3’s and rebounds.

David Jones – DePaul

There’s a chance that Javon Freeman-Liberty returns tonight but it shouldn’t impact Jones that much.  Although it’s interesting of note that he went 5-10 from long range in JFL’s first game absent and hasn’t hit a three since.  But he should thrive inside against Georgetown and have a chance at hitting 40 fpts if JFL sits.

Luis Rodriguez & Jaemyn Brakefield – Ole Miss

Had an error in here before, didn’t rule out Ruffin due to his ACL injury.  With Ruffin out the minutes boost spreads out on this team between Rodriguez and Brakefield being the best rebounders that slide in which is what Ole Miss needs in the pace up game.

Jalen Terry – DePaul

While DePaul continues to be under manned we cannot overlook them getting the poor Hoyas in a home game today.  DePaul has played better of late and Terry is seeing 30+ minutes, with just enough usage at his sub 5k price to be a nice 4x anchor.  Guards are always in play vs the Hoyas.
