There are three games on this Thursday evening and I said there would not be an article but I do have quick thoughts on each of them.
Astros at Yankees
Framber Valdez is the top pitcher for me tonight. He has pitched well away from home and the Yanks top guys are not good sinker ball hitters. Look for a really good game in Yankee Stadium with lots of grounders from Framber Valdez in this game.
The Houston bats do make a ton of sense and with the short porch in right I like Michael Brantley to hit a cheapie homer tonight.
DFS: Frambler, Brantley, Alvarez
BET: Astros ML, Valdez over 5.5 K

Orioles at White Sox
This should be the game where all the offense comes from and the White Sox lineup with Tim Anderson back in is not only good DFS chalk but where you should just ride (and a good reason to maybe go light in DFS). Don’t sleep on the Orioles though as the White Sox pen is completely used up after that long series with the Blue Jays. Wouldn’t shock me to see Baltimore pull this one out late the more I look at it.
DFS: Anderson, Abreu, Santander, Odor
BET: Over, Anderson Over 1.5 total bases.

Phillies at Padres
Like Valdez, Ranger Suarez is good away from home and he has a really good match-up against the weak Padres lineup who may have Manny Machado back but on a gimply ankle. The strikeouts for Suarez should be low but I think he has a good long clean game here too.
I like the Phillies and Kyle Schwarber with a lead off homer
