NFL DFS: The Sunday Stacks – Week 5

Stacks That I Have My Eye On

Below I’ll break down the particular stacks I’m interested and delve into it based on matchup, ability, predicted game script, and collective salary while picking an opposing player or two to run that stack back with if appropriate. *Note: All pricing is DraftKings focused

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs. Atlanta Falcons)

QB Tom Brady, RB Leonard Fournette, WR Mike Evans NFL makes baffling decision about Buccaneers receiver Mike Evans One of the more popular teams to target for offensive players this week is the Buccaneers and thus this will be a popular stack. However, when you look at the matchup it makes sense. Despite making the game “close” last week, the Bucs had their doors blown off against the Chiefs. The Bucs offense is predictable as the ball funnels through Fournette, Evans, and Chris Godwin (not mentioned) but certainly worthy as a DFS play. Run it Back: WR Drake London London has seen six or more targets in each of his first four games. Despite just hauling in 19 receptions on his 33 total targets this season, the volume has me optimistic that he’ll cash in with this matchup, specifically whn the Falcons are playing catch-up.

Philadelphia Eagles (at Arizona Cardinals)

QB Jalen Hurts, TE Dallas Goedert Hurts and the Eagles have been humming and I expect that to continue in this matchup. Hooked up with Goedert ($4,700), Hurts’ $8,100 salary balances out and gives us some upside that we’re hoping for out of the tight end position. Arizona has been susceptible to the tight end position to this point.

Also consider: Jacksonville Jaguars: QB Trevor Lawrence, WR Christian Kirk, Run Back: WR Brandin Cooks Washington Commanders: QB Carson Wentz, WR Terry McClaurin Run Back: WR Robert Woods
