JETS
Although the Knights are the highest favorite on the board at (-420), it’s the Jets who should be the top pick to win tonight. They welcome in an undisciplined Ducks team coming off a good game from John Gibson and I do not anticipate them getting that again tonight on the road.
Anaheim is giving up almost 4 PP opportunities per game and killing only 65% of them while the Jets have a 20% PK rate on the season. I expect two goals from the PP Unit tonight.
Scheifele, Connor, Gagner, Morrissey
CANADIENS vs BLUE JACKETS
Happy Josh Anderson day to those who celebrate? Columbus ranks 26th in FPP to RW and the speedy former Blue Jacket is likely to get some opportunities tonight to pay off at a pretty cheap price tag. Overall this is the best game tonight that I would mix and match one offs from and consider a full blown game stack in.

Detroit – Right back to these boys after a disappointing Tuesday night. Larkin-Bertuzzi-Seider
Boston – Boston is expensive but the one team who can win a slate by themselves is generally the Bruins rolling out Bergeron-Marchand-Pastrnak
NY Islanders – Barzal-Parise

CENTERS
Mark Scheifele (WPG) … At the center of all the Winnipeg scoring tonight is either going to be PLD or Scheifele. With Scheifele being full correlation with Connor he gets the edge for me
Boone Jenner (CBJ) … Jenner has 3 20+ point games in his last four and should continue that against the Canadiens who have consistently allowed plenty of FPPG to centers.
Tomas Hertl (SJ) … It’s needle-dick in goal for the Red Wings tonight. What a great joy! Sub 5k price on Hertl who should be paired with Timo.
Vincent Trocheck / Mika Zibanejad (NYR) … The Rangers are flying under the radar on a big slate out west vs a good Seattle team. But I think they have too much talent down the middle against the Kraken and these two would be terrific one offs in the UTIL spot tonight.
Mathew Barzal (NYI) … Nelson had the big game out last time for New York but the damage from the Isles likely comes at full strength, so I lean big time with Barzal’s speed.

WINGS
Kyle Connor (WPG) … The only path to fading Connor is playing variance with other Jets scoring or the Ducks getting another Gibson on his head moment.
Jonathan Marchessault (VGK) … Do not be that guy who plays Jack Eichel tonight. Play Marchessault and thank me later.
Jonathan Huberdeau (CGY) … Returning to the state of Florida to torment the Lightning who he always had big games with while a Panther.
Brad Marchand (BOS) … Over his last 10 GP vs Philadelphia Marchand has averaged over 15 DK fantasy points. He’s always a little pain in the ass for the Flyers (and the league tbh).
Andrei Svechnikov (CAR) … Svech is a key on the Carolina PP unit and quietly the Avalanche PK has not been great this season. It’s likely going to be another month or two until Colorado gets into their full dominant train and I expect them to lose on the road in Carolina tonight with the Hurricanes team total over being a good bet today.
Timo Meier (SJ) … Automatic 12+ from Timo every night, he’ll cost you, but he is pretty consistent and Detroit is pretty bad allowing 4+ goals a lot lately.

My Pick of the day
Jake Oettinger – Dallas – $7,500
Update- Wedgewood starting, not as much of a fan here…
A good bounce back spot for Oettinger and a chance for him to steal the slate. Dallas is balanced enough that they should play smart and sound vs a good Panthers team so there’s going to be lots of shots on goal but not many high danger scoring chances. For this price I believe he can steal the slate.
