Week 15 means we have a short three game NFL Saturday Slate to start things off before a lighter than normal Sunday slate.
MATT RYAN (DK: $5200, FD: $6900) … The Colts are coming in off a BYE so that’s good news for old man Matt Ryan to have a little extra rest. The Vikings have yielded 26, 22 and 29 fpts to QB over their last three and have just a 2.3 sack/game average so Ryan should stay up right enough tot pick apart their poor pass defense.
DEVIN SINGELTARY (DK: $5500, FD: $6500) … Bring on the snow angels in Buffalo. Love the Bills ground game against Miami is is technically playing their third straight road game. Backfield mate James Cook has come on of late and is more of a single game/showdown pick for me than Singletary who I trust to get into the endzone.
DALVIN COOK (DK: $6900, FD: $8200) … As you will notice the first game of the day in the dome is where I would focus for fantasy production. Dalvin’s DK price is making it so that he’ll be highly owned and highly annoying to fade.
KAREEM HUNT (DK: $4300, FD: $5600) … The path to beat the Ravens right now is through the air and even though they statistically aren’t shredded by RB out of the backfield I do expect Kareem Hunt to catch enough and also carry it enough to justify his use for a cheap price tag.
Honorable Mention: Jonathan Taylor – Just going full game stack here is definitely doable but I would rather get Justin Jefferson $ into lineups with Cook before going the Colts side.
JUSTIN JEFFERSON (DK: $9100, FD: $9100) … The Vikings coming off a loss are gonna be even more enticed to get Jefferson the ball early and often. He should have a bigger game than Diggs/Hill/Waddle.
MICHAEL PITTMAN (DK: $5800, FD: $7000) … Pittman or Campbell decides this slate. I trust Pittman to have a 7+ catch game.
DONOVAN PEOPLES JONES (DK: $5100, FD: $6500) … Fellow Browns WR Amari Cooper continues to fight through his injury, but the outside and vertical game against Baltimore opens things up for DPJ to have a good game.
BEST VALUE OPTIONS
DEMARCUS ROBINSON (DK: $4000, FD: $6000) … Robinson’s had back to back weeks of 10+ fantasy points
Update — David Bell ruled out for today. So for the Browns I really believe Kareem Hunt is going to have a larger role today. As for other cheap WR options besides DeMarcus Robinson
- KJ Osborn (MIN)
- Alec Pierce (IND) … He would need Pittman or Campbell to come up lame to have a big impact.
TE is really bad IMO on this slate, but its a short slate so watch 7 different TE find a way to score…
ISAIAH LIKELY (DK: $2600, FD: $4500) … Here’s my wild card. I have too many Colts, Browns, Vikings and Bills that I like more and Andrews is your chalky TE option to pivot off of.
TJ HOCKENSON (DK: $64300, FD: $5600) … Hock leads the way for getting you 2x but to me he is the 3rd best option on the Vikings
ADD: Dawson Knox (DK: 3900, FD: 5300)
BROWNS (DK: $3100, FD: $4000) … This just smells like a game Myles Garrett shows up for and has 3 to 4 sacks in.
AMBUSH FINAL THOUGHTS
The only Quarterback with definitive rushing upside here is Josh Allen and his price tag is just too high on a short slate to think he is a must own, so I don’t want to pay at QB and Matt Ryan in the dome game where I strongly feel he is in a shootout is an easy pick for me at QB.
This is a lot like Thanksgiving slates so don’t be afraid to stack a team (i.e. Cook + Jefferson or value like Hunt + Bell + Browns D)
