Stacks That I Have My Eye On
Below I’ll break down the particular stacks I’m interested and delve into it based on matchup, ability, predicted game script, and collective salary while picking an opposing player or two to run that stack back with if appropriate. *Note: All pricing is DraftKings focusedDetroit Lions (vs. Chicago Bears)
QB Jared Goff, WR Amon-Ra St. Brown
One thing that has been certain about the Lions this season is that they are not hiding Jared Goff on offense. Goff has thrown 37 or more passes in five straight games with 330 or more yards in three of those games. Goff’s price ($5600) allows room for his star receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown. ARSB has double-digit targets in five of his last seven games with at least eight targets in each of those contests. ARSB torched Chicago earlier in the season with 10 receptions for 109 yards.
Run it Back: TE Cole Kmet
With the receiving options limited for the Bears, Kmet has five or more targets in four straight games and had two touchdowns on 74 yards receiving against the Lions earlier in the year.
Green Bay Packers (vs. Minnesota Vikings)
QB Aaron Rodgers, WR Christian Watson I’m not a believer in the Vikings and the Packers have been coming on. With Aaron Jones banged up and the Vikings’ secondary weak, I’m looking for a pass-heavy attack from Aaron Rodgers and potentially his best game of the year. He’s priced at just $6,000 and his top receiving option Christian Watson is just $5,900. Watson has seen six or more targets in each of his last six games and has seven touchdowns in those six games. Run it Back: WR Adam Thielen While we’d love to get Justin Jefferson in here and could definitely jam him in, he’s $9,500 while Adam Thielen is just $5,200. Surely Jefferson will see a lot of Jaier Alexander which will hinder him some making Thielen a nice value run back option. With five or more targets in four of his last five games and three touchdowns over that span, Thielen is no slouch.[spacer height=”13px”]
