Stacks That I Have My Eye On

Below I’ll break down the particular stacks I’m interested and delve into it based on matchup, ability, predicted game script, and collective salary while picking an opposing player or two to run that stack back with if appropriate. *Note: All pricing is DraftKings focused

Los Angeles Chargers (vs. Tennesee Titans)

QB Justin Herbert, WR Keenan Allen The Titans have been brutal in the secondary as far as coverage goes and Herbert has been looking to Keenan Allen when available which is typically a good approach. Allen has seen 14, 14, seven, and eight targets in his last four games and is coming off a 12-reception game last week. Herbert has 47 and 51 pass attempts in the last two games and that’ll be welcomed against this struggling secondary. Run it Back: RB Derrick Henry As bad as the Titans secondary has been, that’s how bad the Chargers’ run defense has been this season. L.A. allows over 147 rushing yards per game and Henry is coming in off a 121-yard effort last week. We haven’t seen that big game for Henry in a few weeks but this is a spot where we could easily see King Henry go for 150+ and two scores.

Dallas Cowboys (at Jacksonville Jaguars)

QB Dak Prescott, TE Dalton Schultz The “easy” stack here is Prescott with CeeDee Lamb but that’ll cost you a bit and isn’t as contrarian as pairing Dak with Schultz. The Jags have allowed touchdowns in two of their last three games to tight ends including six receptions for 45 yards and a score last week to Chig Okonkwo. Schultz saw 10 targets hauling in six for 86 last week. Also, Schultz has seen 11 redzone targets in his last five games playing that security blanket in the middle of the field for Dak. Run it Back: WR Christian Kirk  High-priced free agent receiver, Christian Kirk has made a impact for the Jaguars this season and has seen seven or more targets in seven straight games. Zay Jones has been a trendy receiving option over that last few weeks and mainly because of his price. His inconsistency, though proves why his salary as remained down. Looking to Kirk who’s more expensive looks to be the more contrarian approach in one of the higher-total games on the slate.
