Stacks That I Have My Eye On
Below I’ll break down the particular stacks I’m interested and delve into it based on matchup, ability, predicted game script, and collective salary while picking an opposing player or two to run that stack back with if appropriate. *Note: All pricing is DraftKings focusedLos Angeles Chargers vs. Las Vegas Raiders
QB Justin Herbert, WR Keenan Allen, WR Josh Palmer Nothing sneaky here; perhaps the best pass game matchup on the week as the Chargers host the Raiders. The Chargers passing game went nuts last week with Justin Herbert going over 400 yards and Keenan Allen hauled in 18 catches for 215 and even threw a touchdown. Those two are locks here but with Mike Williams being out for the season the question for some all week has been Josh Palmer or Quentin Johnston. I’m leaning Palmer here as will most simply based on how involved he was last week when Williams exited (4/66/1). Run it Back: WR Davante Adams It’s clear that a lot of the Raiders aren’t happy with the way things are going, Adams included. However, one this is certain and that’s that Adams is going to see the ball plenty. Adams saw 20 targets last week, eight the week before, and nine the week before that. I would be shocked if he didn’t see double-digit targets against one of the leagues worst pass defenses.Cincinnati Bengals at Tennesee Titans
QB Joe Burrow, WR J’Marr ChaseChicago Bears vs. Denver Broncos
QB Justin Fields, WR D.J. Moore Patience should be running thin here for Justin Fields as he looks like he’s regressing at this point on a weekly basis. Fields and the Bears matchup against a Denver defense that has been brutal to this point, highlighted by last week when they allowed ten (10) touchdowns. Fields has to get the ball to D.J. Moore who could move around enough to avoid Pat Surtain some. In which case he could see a good amount of Damarri Mathis who’s graded out as one of the worst cornerbacks to this point in the league. Run it Back: WR Courtland Sutton In my mind the logical choice here is to get some Marvin Mims in here. However, with Jerry Jeudy banged up to this point, Mims has not seen the field as much as he should have, and now Jeudy is due back. I’ll look at Sutton who has the ability to make some big plays at a favorable salary in what should be a good fantasy game.[spacer height=”13px”]
