Stacks That I Have My Eye On

Below I’ll break down the particular stacks I’m interested and delve into it based on matchup, ability, predicted game script, and collective salary while picking an opposing player or two to run that stack back with if appropriate. *Note: All pricing is DraftKings focused

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Minnesota Vikings

QB Patrick Mahomes, TE Travis Kelce, RB Isiah Pacheco Sometimes the obvious look is just the way to go. The Chiefs come in struggling on offense and this is a great bounce back spot for them at home against the Vikings. The Vikings defense has been very much a turnstyle and with Mahomes playing like absolute dogshit last week, look for him to get the ball to Kelce and for Pacheco to pick up the pieces with plenty of work in the run game. Run it Back: WR Justin Jefferson If the Vikings are going to want to hang in this game they’re gonna need to get the ball to their playmakers and we know who that is here. Jefferson pretty much had his floor game last week with six receptions and 85 yards receiving. He did score two touchdowns, though that put him over the top. Kirk Cousins will have no choice but to funnel to J.J. here.

Detroit Lions vs. Carolina Panthers

QB Jared Goff, WR Amon-Ra St. Brown There’s a chance that this game goes haywire and that Goff doesn’t have to throw the ball much in the second half. For that reason, I’m keeping this stack short and simple stacking him with ARSB who has seen at least seven targets in each game with last week being his lowest output of the season (5/56/1). Carolina has been solid defensively to this point despite being 0-4 but they haven’t exactly faced a round of all-world quarterbacks with Geno Smith and Kirk Cousins leading the charge. Run it Back: WR Adam Thielen Thielen has been very busy in the first four weeks for his new team, especially over the last three weeks with nine, 14, and eight targets to go along with seven, 11, and seven receptions over that span. Expect Bryce Young to pepper Thielen in a game that they will have to throw in. Also consider: Los Angeles Rams vs. Philadelphia Eagles: QB Matthew Stafford, WR Puka Nacua – WR A.J. Brown Indianapolis Colts vs, Tennesee Titans: QB Anthony Richardson, WR Michael Pittman – WR Deandre Hopkins
