2024 MLB Season Predictions

Highlighted teams are playoff teams. Obviously I have a few VERY bold calls here, specifically with the Pirates, Marlins, Giants and Tigers. But the one I really am going to push the hardest is Seattle winning the AL West and potentially winning the AL as well. I say potentially because it’s always just a gut lean this early in the year and there is no reason to make your futures picks on the World Series until after Memorial Day.

NATIONAL LEAGUE

Atlanta	Pittsburgh	Los Angeles
Miami	Cincinnati	San Francisco
Philadelphia	Chicago	Arizona
Washington	St. Louis	San Diego
New York	Milwaukee	Colorado

Pittsburgh and Detroit are both in weak divisions, they are young teams who can play above their heads and finally will pitch well.
The Marlins are the BIG sleeper here and have a great clubhouse atompshere with better pitching than people are giving them credit for.
San Francisco is just the typical Giants putting together veterans and pieces that work together to win a bunch of one run games. They’re that “Get Lucky every other night” team for 2024.
