We head into the All-Star break with a big Sunday slate and a ton of spots that look like they’ll go by pretty quickly as players go into vacation mode. The younger lineups are a little more appealing to me today, or just teams who are coming in playing good baseball overall right now.

Big game on paper between Wheeler and Skubal in a series that we basically haven’t touched in DFS this weekend. Wheeler of course is flipping the bird to MLB for not being selected as an all-star with the game in Philly in his final season and if this game were in Philly I think you would see a potential all time dominant outing. But it’s in Detroit and so maybe he is going to slow down slightly. Then again, the Tigers are very similar to his last two teams in the Reds & Pirates, who he absolutely dominated & his velocity is fine going into the break. He should unload the arm today one more time.

ANGELS vs TWINS
With a heavy amount of Baseball to pick from this game easily sits as the one I like the most for a 10-7 score or potential run-away and throw out a position player in the 7th inning to get it over with spot. Seriously though, if any team uses a position player today with 4 off days coming up they should be thrown out Baseball. I don’t care if the score is 28-3, you dont need to use a position player — unless of course It helps my DFS stack….
