Last night quickly became a disaster with two games getting PPD due to COVID related challenges in programs. Tonight we can afford to lose two or more and still have a decent slate.

Vanderbilt vs Arkansas
Scotty Pippen vs JD Notae, those two are core plays here in a game I think will have good DFS action. Notae missed the last game with a non COVID Illness but is supposedly cleared to go here tonight.

Florida State vs Wake Forest
This game should have a decent tempo and lots of affordable mid range players. So it becomes a nice 3 stack spot. Alondes Williams has been phenomenal for Wake Forest and is very hard to pass up in a home game but since Jake LaRavia has been in the lineup lately he has been taking away some of his upside and is $2300 cheaper here today. In a 2:1 build I can see going LaRavia here or just take Alondes as a one off in this game.

Texas A&M vs Georgia
I am a big Tyrece Radford fan but he’s been very blah this season as an Aggie from a DFS perspective. Tonight I think he goes off finally vs a bad Georgia defense.

Keve Aluma – Virginia Tech – 7400
The alpha for the Hokies in a pace up game against a weak defense with the Wolfpack. This has potential for a ceiling game from Keve so long as the Wolfpack aren’t blown out in the first half.
Jake LaRavia – Wake Forest – 6500
LaRavia has been great the last two games going over 30 points in each and with a good pace team coming in with Florida State I would imagine he hits that threshold here again today. If you do not have LaRavia, then you must have Alondes Williams
KD Johnson – Auburn – 5400
This is a slate where I am applying my below 8k and above 5k rule on going balanced. There’s some questionable value in my mind and lots of players in the 6k-7k range so for a cheaper play lets look at the Auburn/SC game which should have a fast tempo and the road Tigers will be too much for the home Cocks. KD Johnson plays enough minutes at this price and his non scoring peripherals are likely to contribute enough in this game to help him hit the 20 point mark and provide you a nice floor at his price.

Jamison Battle – Minnesota
I like the Gophers to continue the trend of home dogs winning in the Big 10, which is really just turning into dogs in general covering in Big 10 conference play. This is a 7.5 spread and Illinois is not as good as people remember them from a year ago. Cockburn will dominate for the Illini tonight but Jamison Battle should continue his recent hot stretch which has included a 26% usage rate and 25% shot rate over the last five games. For sub 7k, he is a steal tonight.
