We are back to a big slate tonight with some damn good pitching options around on this fine Tuesday and no I don’t mean Dylan Bundy returning to Baltimore to face the Orioles on a warm August night. Oh dear. 18 in a row gonna end? Has too, right?? Right???
WEATHER
No concerns this evening.

JACK FLAHERTY
Jack will get Detroit, who of course loses the DH, and now has Miggy past #500 so that’s a bat which will do absolutely nothing tonight. Much better spot to pick on than looking at picking on a red hot Reds team with Corbin Burnes who is the other top listed pitcher today. I also don’t mind Charlie Morton vs the Braves, but Jack has a weak opponent, a fresh arm and is rolling right now. He could run away with the slate.
MADISON BUMGARNER
This has been a pleasant surprise seeing MadBum change his game in 2021 and return back to relevancy. His last few starts have been extremely good and he certainly has always loved pitching in PNC park. After going over last night I expect this game to be a quiet low scoring and fast game that is over before 9:30 PM EST. Look for some length from MadBum today.
GERMAN MARQUEZ
It’s warm in Wrigley but that doesn’t automatically make the Cubs good vs a ground ball RHP. He lacks the strikeout upside of Jack and MadBum, but is another guy to target for a 20 point night on DraftKings today.

BALTIMORE
Former pitcher returning to face his old team? Check! Dylan Bundy in Baltimore? Check! Orioles having lost 18 in a row and more than overdue for a win? Check!
SF GIANTS
The Giants are going to fly under the radar coming into Citi Field but they have proven to be a very solid lineup all season long and look to be very healthy tonight. Belt, Dickerson, Posey, Crawford are the main players who stand out to me based on position and price value. Below is a screenshot of their pitchType breakdown vs Megill, and the only guy who isn’t bright green is Mr. East Coast Brandon Belt who I’ll go very contrarian all in tonight with as our Chairman

TAMPA
Hottest team in Baseball, gets a great park shift and a guy in Ranger Suarez who’s little time to shine as a starting pitcher is coming back down to earth. Look for a big long game form the Rays to find a way to put up 7-8 runs tonight. Wander Franco gets on base every game so he’s a must along with Zunino and if he is back Cruz (COVID). Arozarena has been the one guy in this lineup a little off lately but this is a great get right spot going on the road.
ATLANTA
This is a team who early in the season was struggling vs LHP but now has some new faces in Soler, Duvall and honestly d’Arnaud being back helps hit lefties even more. That said, they’ve gone cold the last two games against a southpaw but the fact that they’re seeing a lefty for three days in a row should benefit them greatly and also the fact that it is Andrew Heaney cannot hurt either. I smell a Braves ass whooping today.

SPEND UP ON PITCHING?
Bumgarner is a great value tonight on pitching, so he is a lock and I am riding Flaherty over Burnes, but yes, we are spending north of 7k for pitching today.
