CORBIN BURNES (FD/DK)
The best pitcher on the slate against a good team is still where we begin tonight. After two less than dominant starts from Burnes he’ll be put to the test vs the Mets. The reason I love Burnes tonight is that he gave up 6 walks in 44 PA in his last two starts. That came after he allowed just 3 walks total in 99 PA over his 4 starts prior to that. He shouldn’t continue to struggle with command and should give the Brewers a much needed 7 inning start and a win today.
SHANE McCLANAHAN
I am looking at another under game in Yankee Stadium today as the wind is blowing in and we have two great southpaws facing off. Some are contending Shane is the AL Cy Young and if it’s not him there are some who want it to be Nestor Cortes and honestly who can argue with those two right now? Shane has given up 7 HR to RHH this season so he has to actually worry more about guys like Gleyber and LeMahieu in my mind than Judge and Stanton today because he should really get plenty of K’s vs the studs in this lineup.
SPENCER STRIDER
Strider should get the Soto-less Nationals lineup today, a big boost for sure and for his $7.7k price just take that boost and his swing and miss stuff to the bank.
JOSE BERRIOS (DK)
The Orioles have not won back to back games all month and after winning last night are an easy team to bet against today. Ride the arm of Berrios who will keep the RHB in the park tonight and should have a 23-25% strike out rate throughout the game giving him a reasonly good effort for $8.9k. He won’t dominate anything but he should not struggle.

Jack Flaherty is back for the Cardinals and will be limited while the white hot Goldschmidt’s get to face another good young SP in Roansy Contreras. I am avoiding everything about this game.

Rockies: Cron, Rodgers, Daza, Grichuk
Start things off tonight with the higher end SP and then the value in Coors Field! What a comedy of errors we continue to have with pricing on both sites and Konnor Pilkington should not be able to keep the ball in the park vs some of these RHH.
Cubs: Wisdom, Morel
Wrigley continues to play great with warm weather this season. Expect the Cubs to try and get one back today.
Angels: Ward, Trout
Look for an Ambush early in this game otherwise they’re gonna keep on sleeping. For the price discount Taylor Ward should be a core play for us tonight leading off for the second game after returning from IL.
Athletics: Brown, Andrus, Laureano, Murphy
A lot of data tonight pointing towards Oakland tearing up Josh Winckowski who in one start in the bigs got beat up fairly well by the Orioles. Typically I proceed with caution with going too heavy against these young arms, but I also do not avoid attacking them some. Oakland is the best value team on the board today and is the anchor reason why we DEFINITELY can pay up for pitching.
