Extremely rare situation where there are five games in the playoffs for DFS purposes. Very exciting slate. GAME THOUGHTS Islanders vs Penguins Toughest game to projected for me tonight and not because I am anti Penguins. Pittsburgh should win this game but I would be shocked if it was more than a 1 goal […]
Wooh boy it’s gettin hot outside and this Sunday slate has so many spots where in theory we could potentially see the ball flying out of the parks. I have a theory that catchers are raking more than other positional players this year because they’re getting more accustomed to seeing the new baseballs with the […]
GAME PICKS Bruins vs Caps Washington is really banged up and needs to play a mistake free – stay out of the box game tonight. They will do that. Caps win 4-2 with production coming from the top line Kuzy-Oshie-Ovi and likely a random B.S. goal from Hagelin. Pastrnak scores for Boston Avalanche vs […]
Main Slate breakdown – Dicey slate tonight with just the 6 games and a bunch of pitchers who are limited/openers. The Giants are starting Scott Kazmir — yes, that Scott Kazmir. The Phillies are starting Spencer Howard on a limited basis. The Padres have a combination of Lamet and Weathers going. The Cardinals are starting […]
Both FanDuel and DraftKings have the same EARLY and MAIN slates today, which brings us a good set of site synchronicity and makes the analysis writing for me much easier. Some rain potential in Texas for the Astros/Rangers game so the roof likely gets closed there, otherwise all games have full clearance. Lance McCullers […]
If my math is correct this is the first 15 game Friday slate we have had all season long and it comes at a fabulous time. Yes, there is a Coors Field slate but it’s a nice divisional game between the Diamondbacks and the Rockies and with 15 games tonight you can get away from […]
So who is throwing a no hitter tonight? I kid but man this is getting crazy is it not? Just four games tonight and much like the early slate it’s a structure that you could argue game stack SP, pick your one team you want and put heavier weight onto a team that has the […]
Double the slates, double your pleasure, double the fun. Two four game slates on this Thursday starting with a fantastic afternoon slate on this Thursday, the 20th of May in the year of our lord Twenty-Twenty One… WEATHER Perfect. Absolutely. Perfect. With the small slate we’re naturally limited on top end pitching […]
GAME PICKS Capitals (ML) vs Bruins I like Washington even on the road to sneak out an upset, if they’re gonna win this series they need a good showing tonight from Backstrom-Mantha-Ovechkin. Love Backstrom/Mantha as good value. Nicky B scores. Predators vs Hurricanes (ML) Best game to stack and go all IN tonight in a […]
This Wednesday evening slate features 12 games on it tonight. WEATHER Finally, it’s Warm. Wind is blowing out over 10 MPH in Wrigley Field. We expect Roof to be closed in Texas We expect some showers but no PPD in the Brewers/Royals game The start time on the Indians/Angels game is 8:05 EST which […]
