The day after Christmas features three NFL games, one of which is only available via streaming on Amazon Prime (Cardinals/Niners) and that is without a doubt my favorite game of the day.  Nice job NFL, keep pushing streaming only options out there on your fans while you make it difficult for fans to affordably pay […]

So we have Christmas Football and it’s on a Friday afternoon which just feels WEIRD.  The game being on a holiday isn’t so much of an issue in my mind as the fact that it’s a day of the week in which nobody has ever really prepared to play for.  Thursday games have become normal […]

NFL NOTES – WEEK 16 DOM STEVE Vikings at Saints (XMAS) Saints DEF played too many snaps vs Chiefs to have a clean dominant game unless they get help from the running game.  So thats the game plan.  LatMurray left and LatMurray right. This has the same feel to it as the Saints-Falcons Thanksgiving game […]

The Monday night game between the Steelers and Bengals is the ultimate BINGO crapshoot.  So rather than worry about loading up on Showdown entries for that game, I would focus on the Mon-Fri slate and let your money just hang out there for five days.  What better way to make Christmas a fun sweat than […]

Browns vs Giants with Colt McCoy under center for the G-Men…   Look on the bright side, we get Carrie Underwood though…   Captains Pick Carrie U… oh wait. Kareem Hunt I’m really getting sick of these damn Browns Showdown games, but for the 50th time can we please have that Kareem Hunt 2 TD game […]

I don’t think there is a ton for me to break down in terms of lessons learned or DFS teaching points at this part of the season.  As I mentioned last week, teams are who they are at this point and the thing I keep coming back to with this week is that teams who […]

More Conference Championship games today with the biggest arcade game being the SEC Championship but that one is only on the night slate on DK — although it is on FanDuel’s main slate so you gotta factor that shootout game in heavy.  Play Kyle Pitts for sure.   52.5:  Oklahoma vs Iowa State 57.5:  Northwestern […]

We’re in the final stretch of the season which means the fantastic tradition of Saturday football.  I wish they would make it a three game slate with 1PM, 4PM and 8PM games but we do have some awesome College Football games going on today as well so from a sit on the couch and do […]

Welcome to what is normally the most wonderful time of the year.  When we have endless days of College Sports to watch and nothing else really to do besides drink coffee, beer, eat and grumble at the Amazon guy who is delivering shit non stop.  Sadly with COVID we’re gonna have far fewer Bowl games […]

The LA Chargers visit the LV Raiders tonight and the Chargers come in with a pretty banged up offense.  Mike Williams is going to be out and both Keenan Allen and Austin Ekeler are questionable which really makes playing any Chargers with confidence a questionable measure itself. Look for Josh Jacobs to get a heavy […]
