This cheat sheet will break down the players per team to consider by position position and then the favorite CAPTAIN, MUST PLAY and VALUE player from each team.

CAPTAIN = The player to give you the best value in the Captain spot.

MUST PLAY = The player that you should own no matter what either in the Captain or FLEX spots

VALUE = The best value player to give you salary relief.

Guys to consider in the CAPTAIN spot

• Russell Wilson:  The Seattle offense runs through Wilson
• Brandin Cooks:  Look for Cooks to have a better game than most expect with everyone riding Cooper Kupp this is a good spot for Cooks to shine at lower Captain ownership.
